I kind of miss when everyone was a black bloc'er in the 1990s. Had a nice ring to it. Well, got to change with the times. Ich bin ein Antifa.

Antifa is a right-wing myth.
Exactly. It's difficult to coalesce militant opposition to fascism and extreme right-wing ideology when it's virtually non-existent in the real world. However, if one possess a teenaged undeveloped frontal lobe/IQ<80 @ any age, they, like lab rats who proceeded them, are susceptible to "emotional" influences and incapable of objective reasoning.

The whole story is quite interesting. An Appalachia show of horror and survival.
Both mother and daughter suffered from mental disabilities. Irene Triplett recalled a tough childhood in the North Carolina mountains, beaten by teachers at school and parents at home.
“I didn’t care for neither one of them, to tell you the truth about it,” she told The Wall Street Journal in 2014. “I wanted to get away from both of them. I wanted to get me a house and crawl in it all by myself.”
The costs we pay for our wars of adventure in treasure and human well being is boggling. Hell of a long time to pay for a war. The Fire Eaters are long gone yet the people's children still bear the brunt. And make no mistake, these Fire Eaters where particular men bent on amassing the treasure that power provided, not on some ideological myth making of preserving a better way to run society. In very real ways the civil war spun from the adventurism of these movers and shakers.
I often rent the house next to this founding father of the war. On my first stay I would stand out in the foggy night with the dripping spanish moss overhead quite puzzled why the current owners, and ultra liberal, had the main gates locked with rusty chains and 100 year old trees in middle of the entrance drive. Till I heard the story of who's gates these were. Here is where the Civil War started. Here is where it all went wrong for the men who started it.
Coincidently I also stay in Savannah at a house next door to where the Civil War ended. Being the confiscated wine cellar Sherman installed his officers in when they finally reached the sea. The former Brit ambassador spent a decade suing the US government for compensation for what Sherman's fine people drunk. This cache had long been renowned as one of the finest collections of wine and booze in the Americas.
"Owner Was 'Father of Secession'". Charleston News & Courier.
Along Vanderhorst St. (bordering the property to the south) are large and very decorative iron gates. The set of gates to the west is said to have been the spot where a woman bid farewell to her fiancé, telling him as he left that she would not reopen the gates until he returned. The man was killed in the Civil War, and no subsequent occupant of the house has reopened the gates to this day; they remain locked shut.
In American history, the Fire-Eaters were a group of pro-slavery Southern Democrats in the Antebellum South who urged the separation of Southern states into a new nation, which became the Confederate States of America. The dean of the group was Robert Barnwell Rhett of South Carolina. Some sought to revive America's participation in the Atlantic slave trade, which had been illegal since 1808.

Antifa is a right-wing myth.
Most of the right-wing "ills with the world" beliefs are myths. I agree that we should all be anti-Fascists. Wearing a Nazi uniform should get you shot in this country and then we can work on the traitors waving their Confederate battle flags.

You mean waving their participation trophies.
