I know it's a drum that's been beaten to death here but how do I tell the good guys from the bad guys?  Washington is an Open Carry state. If those had been white kids, does he even bother stopping them?

I don't carry a gun but I guarantee you I'm going to have the brass knucks in my pocket when I go to vote in case some "sovereign citizen" decides to get squirrely in the parking lot.
