This violates the First Amendment. It infringes on the authority of the Federal Communications Commission. And a case could be made that it interferes with interstate commerce, thereby conflicting with the Interstate Commerce Act. Finally, most servers and Internet users are outside of Kentucky; finding situations where both the server and the poster are in Kentucky would be difficult. Tim Couch is an idiot who has no business being in office.

Say what you like about Kentucky whiskey, but for my money TN has the best american whiskey distilleries around.
Anyone who has ever had "Booker's" single-cask from Jim Beam, or the George Dickel whiskies, knows what I'm talking about.
