In what may be a latent love for all things Aaron Spelling, Mubajje suggested Uganda send all the unsavory gays to an island: a proposition he presented to the President.

I asked President Museveni to get us an island on Lake Victoria and we take these homosexuals and they die out there. If they [gays] die there then we shall have no more homosexuals in the country.
