When I lived in the Sierra Foothills, I used to drive through Stockton to get to civilization. Occasionally, I would stop. It's an ugly, flat, hot, and dismal place. The sheer bathos of this crime pretty well sums up the Stockton experience.

See, this is proof that black people aren't lazy. Did they sit around and wait for their disability checks? No! They were out being proactive about supplementing their income. They really should be commended for their efforts.
