I spent some time in that area - a lot happens there that the locals regard as normal or just unavoidable, like kids braining each other or hanging younger kids to death by chains in barns for shits & giggles. I've been in some awful places & Clearfield County takes the fucking cake as far as hell-hole, inbred fatalistic nightmares like having bugs hatch out of your tits goes.

A very good photoshopping job, all things considered; done in enough detail to account for scarring and other irregularities, as if its maker was fairly well schooled in anatomy (or just some graphics dweeb with a lot of time and an over-weening fondness for boobies).
