Guillermo Habacuc Vargas had 2 children catch this dog. He paid the kids for this. He then chained the dog and used the dog as “art”. He told everyone not to feed this dog. The dog died in the gallery.

This site may require further perusal.  Don't miss the link below the "dying dog art" story.  That's how I know when there's a scorpion in my house (Except, I pull the cat away, and get the Raid).

Another brill entry I'm swipin', Sof. Credit to you, of course. I wrote:

Well, I call it animal abuse. Even tho I'm preferential to dogs, it would have still qualified if done to a cat. While the point of "art" is often to "convey a message, spark thought or emotion," it cannot be reduced to these qualities at the expense of life. Or, in this case, death by cruel and unusual punishment. It's one of the many reasons they stopped taking monied swells on tours through Victorian mental asylums. I'm not sure the artist's middle name was an accident, either.

Pictures of your average shelter would have sufficed. And no, Ellen DeGeneres hasn't been sought for comment.

Sick.  I hate fuckers like this.  And I'm not even a huge fan of dogs.

Here is another link about the incident as well, although it’s in another language and I’ve been unable to translate it thus far.

That language is called "Spanish."  And the artist is the stupid one?
