Looks like a pretty comprehensive overview of PF Tech. I don't have time to watch it all, but a couple of comments.
First off, the grow cycle can be as little as 5 weeks. Also, they forgot to use a grid on the bottom of the cooker... direct contact with the jar bottoms causes the media to compact and overcook. Pressure cooking is not only for sterilization, but also to cook the nutrient.
I cannot understand why people would eat fresh shrooms. Drying them properly will reduce the baeocystins, which while classed as hallucinogens are not friendly ones.
Oh, and ALWAYS grind your own rice for flour.
