have to use ammunition that is designed to minimize the risk of ricochet in school halls.

I assume that means a light load but even money says these educators will fire the first shots on each other, or their administrators. Or the school board.

Or into their own cerebellum, which is where I would put a slug if I had to deal with all those snot nosed little devils.

Naw, it means something like this:

Something like a Glaser safety slug or most any good hollow point.  I think they should give them all a 12 ga pump.  The little bastards will think twice about those spit balls when the slide is racked.

Naw.  Just fit all the kids with remote detonation control safety collars.

Nah, what'll happen is some big burly kid will overpower teach and turn the gun on her and his classmates.  I see the potential for epic fail.

But they'll probably misspell it as "epick fale". You know, just because.

Guns don't belong in schools, period. This is the ridiculous end product of months of "school shootings" and "murder plots" played up by the media. Are teens hostile and imbalanced? Yes, that's in their nature, pretty often, but we don't really have Columbines cropping up all over the nation. And saying it's necessary because other guns are half an hour away is bullshit, too.

I have to agree with Dhal.  Nothing from Texas ever comes as a surprise.

I did not mind staying in West Texas.

The immigration situation is nothing new there.

[Think wet backs [people not wanted] and marijuana a while ago.]

I was going to post that the cops/kids on "Twenty-One Jump Street" carried guns to good effect but couldn't recall if they actually carried since I never watched the show.  I went to Google for the answer and staggered on this.  I've never seen someone try to use a font tag inside a title tag before...

Thank you for that little trip back in time.  I just adore it when my cursor gets turned into a something cutesy like a valentine heart.  I also loved her spelling; so creative.
