5'6" and 173 sounds a bit overweight to me.  I'm thinking steroids and retained water weight, except his other numbers don't seem to support it.

Second guess: beefy shoulders and biceps and a beer gut with spindly legs.  Note the lack of a statistic for his squats - clearly a sign of someone who's Bad at Weightlifting.

Nah - muscle is heavy - I've weighed in as heavy as 235 @ 6'1" with 8%. but his numbers were weak for the size, normally short stature indicates minimal limb length providing the ability for heavier weights and highter reps.  But I could do that shit in my sleep even now, and I'm old and bald.

besides - what kind of confidenceless egomaniac do you have to be to put that shit in your sig?
