Unless this is brand new technology, Mythbusters proved that none of the plate reflectors work.

What you need are a bunch of LEDs and a thick frame around, or visor above the plates.  The plates need to be in the shadow.  Preferably infra-red LEDs so the cops don't notice what you've done.

How about just a Bond car set up where the license plate flips over. You could just steal your neighbors' plates and run red lights and speed cameras all over town!

Steal a TVR 440R and you don't have to worry about being caught by police cars.

...or helicopters.


(I only say steal because if you bought it (which is remarkably affordable compared to cars with similar performance) there'd be records, and it's not exactly a commonplace ride)
