Fucking hell - That might actually be a chimp. At first glance, I thought that the brachial & humeral indexes looked all wrong, and you don't see this posture or the apparently ungainly bipedal locomotion much. Then I remembered just what kind of stupid shit people in CC blow their worker's comp settlements on and how unlikely anyone in that area would be to feed a chimp properly, and looked again. If it's a chimp, I'm sad that he will starve or freeze to death, but at least he won't have to be with the assholes who bought him. Wish he were smart enough to go back there and set fire to the fuckers.
