There's a little icon w/ a filmsrtip. When you click it, more video options appear (i.e. YouTube, Google Video, etc.). When you click the appropriate player, brackets appear with dummy code in the middle (####VIDEO ID####). You erase the dummy code, and insert the video's ID number only. The BBCode takes care of the rest.

I'll explain the rest in a bit. Don't burn the place down while we're gone. Play around with it. One of us will fix it for you if it doesn't turn out right.
