Gee, isn’t that racist! Suggesting that people who have certain genes have an increased likelihood of joining gangs and engaging in violent crime. Where are the Thought Police when you need them?

Yeah, but they're not saying that it's confined to any particular race, whereas you are.
You're a lot more closely related to blackie than you want to admit.

Only Political Correctness is keeping them from saying which races have more individuals with this particular gene. Fortunately, the government keeps figures on the racial makeup of gangs, and you can see for yourself who is more likely to belong to one.

Well, they do say this:
While male gang members with the same mutations were four times as likely as other members to wield a weapon.
EDIT: Ok, I misread that sentence. However, I did find the following in another article about the low MAOA effect:
Results
No main effect was found for the relationship between MAOA genotype and VASB. Genotypes associated with high levels of MAOA activity buffered abused and neglected whites from increased risk of becoming violent and/or antisocial in later life. This protective effect was not found for non-white abused and neglected individuals.
Conclusions
Possible explanations for this differential effect for whites and non-whites include differences in contextual factors (e.g., environmental stressors) and a question of the suitability of using the MAOA promoter VNTR polymorphism as a proxy for MAOA levels in non-white populations.
VASB = Violent antisocial behavior.
Link.

An "unapproved business corporation" isn't the same thing as a street gang.

History states that they indeed were Gangs. The Irish were the Baaaad Boys of their times, and that is for sure.

I just want them to extend the testing to the Teamsters, local police forces and mall security

This shit is tied to antisocial behavior in adolescents, who pretty much exhibit the whole string of personality, mood, and addictive disorders at one point or another. I had this discussion elsewhere, but I'd look for something in the brain, not the genes (though the latter obviously affects the former, etc etc). When someone hands me an fMRI study of [as yet] unconvicted malcontents, then I might sit up and take notice.
Besides, the DSM has no threshold for "punk."
