The two oldest kids are said to be turkey baster babies. It’s alleged that Dr. Klein contributed the sauce. Debbie Rowe was a former employee of Dr. Klein. What I don’t understand is why it’s believed the doctor didn’t knock her up the old fashioned way. Unless you believe the alternate theory that Debbie is a surrogate who has no genetic relationship with the children. What is certain is that Michael isn’t the father and these appear to be babies that were bought on the black market (pun not intended only because the kids don’t appear to be black!).

According to Rowe herself, she was artificially inseminated. By her own account, she was a brood mare--there were complications with the second birth that left her infertile, and that was when MJ made her give up custody rights and then dumped her. The third child came back with him from Europe and is said to have been bred by an unknown surrogate.
It's anybody's guess where the sperm came from for any of the sprogs; but I don't think their biological background will be relevant, as MJ is LEGALLY the father of all three.
