They changed the law to infants under 30 days old, what happens to the 5 year old that is in need of a home? Parents drop him off at the side of the road instead of a hospital. At least make it a fucking age where a child can fend for himself at least somewhat. 16? The problem still exists, changing the law to make it harder doesn't cure that.

Well, since you put it that way, it looks like he is actually a winner in the genetic lottery (insofar as having more chances at "immortality" with his prolific breeding).

Evolution doesn’t automatically favor the strong or the smart.  It favors those like this guy who make the best use of the resources in their environment.  In this case, those resources include Welfare, Section 8 housing assistance, food stamps, food banks, church feeding programs, other charities, and for the ultimate unfit parents, Foster Care.  Until we change our social environment to discourage reproduction by the stupid and physically unfit, we can look forward to each generation being a little less intelligent and a little less healthy as a group than the preceding generation.
