I thought this guy only worked the strip outside where Jimmy Kimmel broadcasted. I certainly don't remember him in Times Sq. I have, however, seen the same photo everyone else has of his proffering a light to a crack-smoking Green Lantern. As far as I'm concerned, you'd have to be pretty high to wander around in costume, all the LA summer, regardless. Personally, I'd think you'd be much more accessible to tourists if you just shot smack up between your toes, but I guess that leaves you too lethargic to leap tall buildings in a single bound.
