Children do need to be taught manners and to obey their parents, but this can be accomplished without sending them to Hitler Youth or Our Lady Of The Inquisition Catholic School. And frankly, the state only needs to certify that she can take care of children. Her personal opinions are the business of the parents who leave their children with her, not the state’s concern.

Personally me, I think we should take a part of the country, say Utah, and raise the kids spartan style. At 10 we send them to Utah and we pick the survivors up when they hit 18 and send them to state college.
