Yeah - She obviously did have a seat-belt on; How-Ever, un-less that photo-graph is re-versed, the angle of the mark left by the seat-belt would all-so in-di-cate that she was actually driving, and not in the passenger seat.

This was in OZ, Dec. They have them fucked up reversed cars and drive on the wrong side of the road.
