This is why I always refuse to be put on store mailing lists for anything. Partner™ gave his email to several stores because he felt he was doing the nice employee a favor to help him meet his quota. Now his inbox is always full of crap from these stores and many trees are killed in order to entice him to come back.
I also make a point of telling stores I don't like to shop at establishments where the employees are put under pressure to get people to sign up for cards or mailing lists.

I know a lot of you think Wally World is eBil, but I've always had pretty good luck dealing with their customer service desk. ToysRUs on the other hand I've found to be painful to deal with. Since the customer service desk is often the only open register at the toy store, I've watched other people be treated poorly so I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that way.

I always give them postmaster, at toysrus I give them postmaster@toysrus.com.
saves me the hassle.
**Edit
Actually...I used to always give them postmaster@, from now on I'm giving them Tojo's cuz he's being mean to me in another thread.

Hey!!
I was being nice...I limited it to on-line crap; your US mailbox retains it's virginity and the mailboy at work won't be smirking at you.

I prefer abuse@
It doesn't always work, but it's more fun.

At one of my previous jobs there was this mountain of a woman that had a preternatural ability to rub people the wrong way. She kept complaining that she was getting nasty porn emails every day. We tried adjusting the spam filter, but these were mostly just picture links, and this was before email clients blocked pictures by default.
It was obvious what happened. She'd finally pissed off someone with a brain and a nasty streak who was signing up her email address for these messages. It was annoying to have her grating voice complaining to me all the time, but it was also satisfying to watch her not-so-slow descent into madness.
