Mexico wishes to annex the Southwest someday via population replacement. They don't have the purest of motives for not wanting to see our immigration laws enforced.
We did invade Mexico, and at the time it was felt that absorbing a large Spanish-speaking Catholic population wasn't feasible. Now that we are having a large Spanish-speaking Catholic population shoved down our throat, it does make one wish we had just annexed Mexico when we had the chance. At least they would be more civilized, English-speaking, and they would be Cafeteria Catholics like the majority of American Catholics instead of credulous tards with Dark Ages beliefs.

This is a full on invasion of the American Southwest, complete with the support of an enemy government. The goal is to divert as much money as possible out of the U.S. and into Mexico. Does the Mexican government even have standing to file a lawsuit in federal court? Apparently Obama has decided not to secure the border in order to force Congress (read Republicans) into passing immigration reform (read amnesty).

But if he's filling the Southwest with Mexicans in order to cede it back to Mexico, they won't be future voters, Democratic or otherwise. If your argument is that he's trying to bring in immigrants who will vote for him, like Republicans did with Cubans in Florida, then you have more of a leg to stand on.

I never said he would cede it to Mexico. I said the goal was to extract as much money from the U.S. as possible. That's what the Mexicans get. The Democrats get a bunch of potential voters, solid ignorant voters who do what they're told. If this is not so, then why are Democrats so opposed to closing the border?
The Cubans are a different story. They immigrated to Florida to excape Castro. And the biggest block of them came during the Kennedy and Johnson administrations.

It was because many of Bush's rancher buddies would have to start paying going wages if all the illegals were sent home. I've never said this was not a bi-partisan fuckup. What I am saying is that the American people want the border controlled and they want politicians to stop playing politics with the issue. We don't care that you're going to lose your gardener, your farm laborer, or your future voting block, we want the fucking border closed down.

You make this a partisan issue by acting as if none of your Right Wing politicians would do anything unseemly. It's Bush's "rancher buddies" which made him pro-illegals. It's not Bush himself, heavens no! Yet, as the article from yesterday made clear, many republicans and democrats are taking that socialist money for their farms just like the big corporations do. And don't try to tell me those same people aren't also hiring illegals to help out on these farms, cause you and I know that's BS. As I have said before, you seem to live with blinders on which only allow you to see what you WANT to see. Not the true picture of these United States. And that is where you make your mistake.
