Oh hell yeah.  That takes the daily cake!

They've started stocking Orangina at work, and so I finally drank one the other day.   There's something about the shape of that bottle...  It seems like it was made to be thrown at someone.

Any good?  It's available at my local grocery maze, but it's kinda pricey so I've never sampled it.

It tastes okay, but I don't know if I'd fork over my own money for it.  It's sweet without being syrupy.

Used it to mix drinks in a club I managed in north London back in ancient days.  I like it, tho prefer actual oj.

I encountered it during my first visit to Paris, so I think of Paris now whenever I have it.  It's only slightly carbonated, and it has far less sugar than an American soft drink.

Pray tell, in what way is carbonated citrus flavored sugared water better than real orange juice beyond storage without refrigeration?

Schweppes Bitter Lemon was my favorite soft drink from about age 11 to 14, but I know better now.

I wouldn't say it's better, just different.  I prefer real OJ when there is a choice.  However, I do prefer Orangina over something like 7-Up which has too much gas and is cloyingly sweet.

I guess I've been drinking plain water too long to appreciate modern soft drinks. And I failed to compliment you on finding those videos. Why in hell is the cat-thing shaving?

I hope it's tap water.

Thanks George.  And plastic doesn’t recycle
I can’t afford delicious Oranvagina, but now I want to support them for taking a pro-furry stance.

Plastic doesn't always recycle back into new bottles, but it does a pretty good job making plastic lumber, cheap carpets and fleece hoodies.

Me, I just reuse them directly by refilling them and putting them back in the fridge. I probably get an average of 10 uses out of a bottle before it gets a crack or something. I don't buy them in the first place, but we always seem to have them show up. It's the little 4 oz bottles that kill me. Who the hell are they for, toddlers?

Why does everybody carry water around when 20 years ago nobody did?  Are they worried about not being able to find any, or is it just good marketing?  Maybe everybody has dry mouth from anti-depressants.  And that 10 glasses a day shit is wrong.

George, I now officially love you for that.  Deferring primacy to your Husband® in this matter, of course.

And the water is indeed tap water.

I hope you use a water filter.  In Southern California the water that comes out of the tap has traces of over two hundred known carcinogens.  At the Santa Barbara Water Department office, there is a bottled water dispenser for the employees because none of them will drink their own product.

And at least for my town, you forgot to mention that the tap water tastes like shit.
