Well, I know that in XP if you went into Notepad and typed "Bush hid the facts", saved it as with any name, and then re-opened it, the text would be changed to square characters.

I entertained this experiment on my desktop which is running XP Pro, FAIL, doesn't work, no surprise though.

Well that's no fun.

Not an urban myth; I've actually enjoyed some of the previous easter eggs, the doom game was pretty cool but really quite unacceptable in a business app.
