So many Americans have no option but do-it-yourself healthcare because America is the only major industrialized country that treats basic healthcare as a market commodity. Why do you think books on herbal medicine are such huge sellers? Because many people have no option but to treat their health conditions with herbs and prayer. Of course, this idiot appears to have had access to health care and was too stupid to take advantage of it, so his dog did the world a huge disfavor by treating his rotting toe.
