Florida tried that law, it was proven unconstitutional.
However making anything over 100mph a felony and seizing the vehicle passes constitutional muster. That SLS would look mighty cool in black-n-white with a light bar on top.

The constituition is just a piece of paper, more accurately, four pieces of paper. People have been coming at me my whole life with pieces of paper claiming that it's some kind of authority. First it was the Bible, then the constituition, then fiat currency... Those are nothing more than pieces of paper with ideas and opinions written on them and are not absolute truths. People need to quit taking the easy way out with arguments by quoting something written on a piece of paper hundreds or thousands of years ago. Is that paper magical and special because of it's age? Is it magical and special because the author was somehow enlightened? How does this paper become an authority over my life? It's worthless fucking paper and I go through about half a ream of similar stuff every day at work. Oh!! It's a social contract!! I'm sorry, but I didn't agree to it, nor did I sign it, neither did the people that claim that it gives them a right to control my life.

The magical police may take issue with that.

It's not the paper, it's the men who command the legions with guns. Seeing how you weren't born into a powerful ruling family you owe the very freedom you claim as a right to that stupid piece of paper.
