"Daughter's" is correct given that the title sentence is continued in the post so as to be "...Daughter's Choice(s) In Young Men!?!?" and so a possessive, whereas "Dad's" is clearly a plural, and therefore incorrect.

You are absolutely correct. I completely missed the fact the title was actually part of the lede sentence.
