It will be a nice start if they sentence him to life, but I'm still waiting to see Shrub, Cheney, Condi, Rumsfeld, and the rest of the thugs in power during those years in front of a firing squad for treason and crimes against humanity.

Our former South Dakota governor killed a guy and only got 100 days in jail. They let him have his own private cell, secretary, fax machine and telephone while locked up. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Janklow I seriously doubt they'll be too hard on Delay.
