This sounds like an urban legend, but I couldn’t find anything at Snopes.


Edit:  The Ladies Monthly is a satire site.  I think I may have posted it in the past.  However, this item will be picked up by the mainstream press and versions of the bong drowning story will feature in anti-drug propaganda for years to come!
