Which do I agree with?
Through the Freedom of Information Act, The Associated Press requested in September the names of each FOID cardholder in the state and the expiration date of each card. Illinois State Police stood their ground today after the state's attorney general determined the agency must disclose the names of people authorized to own guns in Illinois to comply with public records law.
In other constitutional law in Illinois...A federal appeals court has upheld a previous ruling that permitted a student at Neuqua Valley High School in Naperville to wear a T-shirt critical of homosexuality.

Without having read either - I have to leave in just a few minutes - I would say, yes, FOID records should be public and, yes again, the kid should be able to wear shirts with whatever messages he wants, especially if it shows him to be the pea-brained, bigoted fucktard that he is.

Item 1: A shopping list for break-in artists who need a new piece.
Item 2: It should come in handy for wiping the cum stains off of his upper lip before class.
