He clearly didn't follow the traditional recipe. The Chinese use urine from boys, preferably under the age of 10. The eggs are boiled with their shells on and then with them off for a day and a night. You simply can't take shortcuts or use substandard ingredients (such as urine from an adult) if you wish to prepare a traditional dish properly!
