So, looks like it is a fake. Layers being easily removed from the document, text disappearing and partial signatures. You would think after so many years and Rathergate that a POTUS could pull off a legitimate forgery.
I hope this continues to cause problems to the detriment of both sides.

Probably nothing except a reputation as a chump. Hawaii officials probably pulled it out of the files and put it in a safe somewhere to prevent someone stealing it, that's what I would have done. After that I would have told anybody who asked that it wasn't in the files. If that's the case then the affidavit is accurate.
