A delightful combination of both! People who knowingly spread HIV are evil, and I've lost friends to monsters who decided to take as many others as possible with them before they died. A very high percentage of black men are evil sociopaths who don't care how much harm they cause to others. Spreading HIV is just one more of the diversity blessings they bring to society.

I am pretty sure if you are dying of AIDS, being sent to jail and convicted of murder is the least of your worries.
Then again, you might be able to successfully wipe out the inmate population when Bubba decides to butt-rape you.

I think if I were in jail with the HIV, I would tattoo that on my forehead (Has the HIV). I am guessing that would keep my butthole free of invaders.
