A wild pigeon shot in a rice field? Delicious. But I would no more eat a city pigeon than I would eat a fish out of the East River.

But I'm sure they would be fine for the "Chicken" and dumplings down at the shelter.

The way I see it: excess pigeons in Atlanta, people short of food and out of food stamps in Georgia... looks like an easy solution to two problems.
