Yeah, this is a lame post but it's amusing for the sheer volume of plastic surgery that's evident here. And that's your investment tip: sink your money into the plastic surgery industry because as the Boomers continue to pretend they're at least 20 years younger than they are, knives are gonna continue flying.

If I were a surgeon, I wouldn’t use this person in my brochures. Changing a homeless wrinkly mannish looking old tranny into a younger mannish tranny isn’t a proud accomplishment. The main improvement appears to be the tranny going to a better hair stylist who gave him some tips on makeup application.
Edit: The Golden Retriever look isn’t a good look even for people with two X chromosomes.

Silly me. All I told my brother to invest in was ceramic guns ten years ago and QDLEDs last week (they can be used in cellphones). Plastic surgery has its own law of "diminishing returns."

I had a private clent who was a dentist. He was a founding partner of a multinational investment group riding this wave. They have a large part in the offshore and outsourced cosmetic surgery industry. It is a fully verticly intergrated business model. They started out training the doctors here for clinics they opened in asian cities acceptable to the western clientle. Then they used these doctors to open cosmetic med schools in Thailand. Created manufacturer and distribution chains for supplies and drugs to their clinics. Now they are repeating the process by opening clinics and training facilities that can be run at a greater profitability by attaching them to the burgeoning resort industry in much less developed Asian counties like Vietnam. While these will offer a bigger bargain to westerners they are primarily designed to cash in on the new found desire for cosmetic surgery amongst the prosperous in formally 3rd world Asian countries and China.
While I found this gentleman quite intelligent and entertaining, he remided me of a cross between a snakeoil salesman and an Enron VP.
