It's a sad day when you can gag someone's ability to speak in public, especially if what they say is non-libelous.

I agree Goober.

I think it's crazy that they forced the guy to shut down his blog.  But people are weird about being called crazy I guess. 

It's like my webpage I started for Jeff the Asshole.  Everything on there was the truth, but he had lawyers on me like flies on shit - because people were finding it and I'm sure having a good laugh at his expense.  If I had been lucky, it might have ruined his career...

I think in this case it comes down to "intent to harm", this loser couldn't bring himself to move on and was determined to hurt.  Why the fuck didn't he just find a good prostitute and leave this sorry bitch alone?
