I thought that concealed carry isn't allowed in NY so if they get caught all the better...they were breakin the law. period.

As a lifelong NRA member, I am appalled. This might not violate the letter of the fourth amendment, but it clearly goes against the spirit of what the founders intended. You see, the founders had a different idea of what a "searching device" was--they never could have anticipated the technological advances that make today's searching devices so much more dangerous and powerful. Back then, a searching device was big, unwieldy, and could only search a person every couple of minutes. Now, our modern searching devices have been automatized and can cut through whole crowds at OH SHI-

Maybe they should put RFID tags in concealed carry permits to make the bearer invisible to the scanner. This is a direct assault on the second as well as the fourth amendment, but then again only losers believe in the Constitution anymore. You have the right to remain silent before and after being tortured.

Our leaders should just be honest and admit they consider the constitution to be a very old and scratchy piece of toilet paper.
