Failure to regulate, the Repubs strip the regulators of funds and staff and then whine like hell when they see the result.
Let's be very clear on the fact that both Democracy and Capitalism require keen oversight to succeed, shrinking government enforcement increases budgetary outflow and economic instability. The fucking Repubs can't get this simple fact through their heads.
Remember: Greedy people are far more prone to unethical acts than others, regardless of education, race, religion or political leanings.

Step 0: Accept a divorced B-grade actor as your lord and savior. Get on hands and knees; start sucking. Accept everything he says as gospel truth, especially the part about government being inherently ineffective and bad. (codicil: ignore branches of government like the military, and ignore the fact that the LORD is the head of the entire government).
Step 1: Change the broken system by running for government job. Use the platform that anything associated with government is not to be trusted (except yourself), and that government is fundamentally unable to change citizens' lives for the better (except the changes that you push through as an elected government official).
Step 2: Use your governmental powers to defund regulators until they can't do their job, and to install assholes--say a lawyer for the Arabian Horse Association--in positions of real consequence.
Step 3: You've rendered large swathes of the government incapable of protecting the citizenry as intended. Good job! You're almost there. Now, use the hamstrung, incompetent government agencies that you've created as proof that government doesn't work.
Step 4: Wait 2-6 years for re-election to your government gig. Repeat steps 1-3.
* Bonus round: In order to prove just how much you don't like the whole system of government, try to get promoted within that system by moving from state to federal, house to senate, senate to presidency.

What's really sad is that this worthless parasite bitch will be cited for years to come as a reason to end all assistance programs. The rightwing tards already have this strange idea that churches and their members have the money, expertise, and the desire to run social assistance programs.

Both sides (Liberal and Conservative) love to point out fraud on the others part, yet oddly neither really puts any effort into enforcement. The conservatives want to shrink government and the liberals want to take care of people; neither seems very intent on minding the business of running the country.

Actually, I don't blame either political party for this one. I blame shitty parents that create offspring that feel like there is nothing wrong with this situation.
I mean a million bucks? that's not even enough to get you invited to a White House dinner these days.

They have indeed gotten it through their heads, they just don't care because a) no lobbyist has paid them to care, and b) they stand to lose money if they do. The only real surprise in this story is that neither political party has offered her a seat anywhere since she is so demonstrably stupid, greedy and feckless.
