What tools!  Even if he gets a payout by playing "Prairie Nigger Lottery", these fools aren't going to see a dime of it.  Assuming these marks weren't carved on him by a co-conspirator, that this is a legitimate case of racially inspired mutilation; one hires vicious Jewish lawyers to handle these matters.  Either said vicious lawyers told him to put pressure on the system by arranging demonstrations, or he's a lousy client who just made his lawyers’ job more difficult.
