While "feeding time" demonstrates only what occurs naturally, and more or less as is done in American zoos (after hours, of course, and unless you're taunting the tigers in San Francisco), the Chinese have certainly managed to keep the panem et circenses spirit alive. Really, all they've added is a revenue source and witnesses.

They lack for enough reality television programming, you see.
