Cpl Knight came home today; we met him on the road and stood with hand on heart as he passed by. We saw him again later as he attended a ceremony on the town commons, it was good to see him come home after all of this time.

I'm not a very good High Streeter, but must try and add my 2 cents worth here, as I was with Emmeran for this event: this was a solemn experience, and moving.
For me, also a powerful reminder of how very lucky I am to be home. (Emmeran: thanks for bringing me home. Love, Melons)
