I absolutely despise my fellow American's knee-jerk reaction to this cover. "How a popular, Promising, Student Was Failed by His Family, Fell Into Radical Islam and Became a Monster". Not only is this individual not being glorified but this should probably be required reading for everybody in America. Along with a "signs to look for" Primer.

I don't think anyone objects to the article. It's the cutesy shot on the cover and making him into a pop icon that irritates. He doesn't deserve it and he didn't earn it.

Yes, they got him out of prison and put make up on him, and posed him. I suggest they covered up the horns and fangs with photoshop, correct?
