Allowing the extremes of any party to make the rules creates an unmanageable situation. Either party must work toward the middle to be successful for the long haul. The GOP forgot that a long time ago.

America loves to swing in each direction because we are never truly satisfied with either party. I don't know that we would ever find any ideology totally to our liking no matter what that might be.
