Don't bother, it's just a scam. The whole idea is to make you have to buy more counters after you burn the original set in the game oven.

She already did a game similar to this called "Catholic Life." The only difference is the tokens are priests and the trains are your buttholes. She needs to move on to another format.

Actually it's a really good story, she has also done Cromwell in Ireland, the Middle Passage and the Trail of Tears.  Pretty amazing shit and her take on game rules should engender some serious contemplation; after all if I can teach my development team to write learning rules for trading software why can't this be done for games?  She did a really good speech at GDC it's long but worthy of your time. 

Fun concepts and a good think, basically certain rules are written in a hard contract (or rules of the game) but usually these can be skirted (see the Credit Meltdown) with the appropriate learning rules.  Basically teaching advanced systems to think like a human toddler would think...
