Well no shit, all we really wanted was the music.  The Napster fuckup created iTunes and the entire iPhone revolution (kudos to Jobs for seeing it), I'll happily pay a buck for each song I like; I just want to hear the fucking music.

I was one of those blocked by Metallica so I take very particular pleasure in this report.

And I fell for it hook, line and sinker.

Too bad, but hopefully someone is working on that solution now. It's smart data mining.
