Wow! This from the most liberal federal court of appeals in the country. There is hope for America after all.
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said Thursday that California is wrong to require applicants to show good cause to receive a permit to carry a concealed weapon. The court ruled that all law-abiding citizens are entitled to carry concealed weapons outside the home for self-defense purposes.

That's nice but it doesn't guarantee that you won't be shot by an over-zealous Local LEO, Sheriff's Deputy, Mall Cop, or Neighborhood Watch bozo.

I differ with you here, this ruling pretty much guarantees you shall be shot by an over-zealous nitwit. This is basically on par with coming out and saying "the pursuit of happiness" gives me the right to drive drunk.

The split among the circuits is not just as to the level of scrutiny (intermediate versus strict) to be applied to gun regulation. One way to read this decision is that while this panel might tolerate a negative regulation that defines categories of people who cannot obtain a permit, it will not tolerate a positive regulation that defines who can obtain one. Thus, while this panel will not accept a regulation limiting permits to just those who make a showing of need, it probably would accept the more standard fare regulation that limits permits to the insane, felons, and other disfavored classes.

The god damn mexicans and niggers in California already carry concealed weapons; Nobody gives a shit when they kill each other, but the White people need to be able to legally carry guns so they blast their asses away when they get uppity and pull out their guns on Whites.
Edit: The Asians also need to be able to legally carry guns to kill niggers and mexicans, as it's been documented that niggers see Asians as weak and easy prey.

Like humanity in general, 99.99% of those who want to CCW are idiots. Firearms simply make them more dangerous.
