I remember working security in a club in college.  One night they held a rave and we were supposed to stop drug deals and take them out to the cops waiting by the front door.  I think I confiscated about eight pills of ecstasy, a ball of hash, three tabs of acid and made $20 letting someone smoke a joint behind the stage.  I only turned in one of the dealers when another security guy witnessed the same deal I did.  Otherwise each time I told both the dealer and buyer to be smarter next time and sent them back into the crowd.
