Some of you may not care that the government can urge bankers to close the bank accounts of legal businesses they don't like. But, they'll have to pry my porn from my cold dead fingers.
Under the program, the DOJ, headed by Attorney General Eric Holder, is attempting to shut down various legal businesses, including firearm dealers, dating services, purveyors of drug paraphernalia and pornography distributors, by coercing financial institutions to close the bank and merchant accounts associated with these businesses.
The DOJ is ensuring the banks’ cooperation by threatening them “with subpoenas, civil investigative demands, and other burdensome and costly legal demands,” according to Jason Oxman, the CEO of the Electronic Transactions Association.

I swear to god if you post one more link to Alex Jones' moonbatatorium I will set your head on fire and put it out with a cricket bat.
Edit-
If you want to bring light to something like this use a more reputable source.

Here are two links that don't require logging in, one leftist and one conservative. I often check out moonbat sites for odd items, but I look for credible sources rather than posting links to moonbat sites like Stormfront. Apparently the government is going after payday loans, aka barely legal loansharking.

I did find one article indicating a FL gun store had issues with their bank. I am much more concerned with the porn stars though.

What's the matter Ranger? Does the truth sound truer coming from your preferred sources? The so-called respectable sources often forget to mention the full extent of government interference and corruption connected to a story, if they report it at all. The Fast and Furious story was broken by two pro gun rights bloggers and were it not for Fox News, the public wouldn't know shit about our holy leader's shenanigans.

Good point, everyone likes to forget that Fast & Furious Guns was started by the "Appointed's" administration rather than the current asshole in office who we honestly elected. Ooops Phreddy, facts seem to fuck up a good story on you don't they?
**Edit: To be very clear - Bush (Jr.) was appointed by the Supreme Court and his administration started the Fast & Furious Gun running program. Obama is the asshole we elected after who's administration continued the stupid idea. I truly doubt either guy had the slightest clue before the shit went all pear shaped on us.

Cops have barged into James Jordan Sr.’s family home looking for him more than a dozen times since he died in 2006 — prompting his exasperated relatives to finally post his death certificate on the front door.
His crime? Turnstile-jumping.

As a database administrator, this made me laugh. Because I know just how it happens, but couldn't be bothered to fix it either...
