Obama was able to locate the cow that was responsible for spreading Mad Cow's Disease to the herd in the Middle East that eventually infected this man. Obama decided to trade for the cow so that he could bring it back to the United States and release it to better protect the American people from further infection.

Our cows are very contented here, not mad at all, thank you very much.
Especially the ones in Brenham, where Blue Bell Ice Cream is made.
