He is definitely carrying an electrical charge. Don't let him near the motherboard.

I read the Hedy at the bottom and was sure, without looking at the filename. Is that cheating?

Fair enuf. It is indeed Hedy. But what did she invent?

I'm a little worried about that sliced apple. That's going to turn brown and it won't be good in any kind of presentation no matter how you mask it.

Time to buy another jar of strawberry jam; that jar only has a few spoonfuls left, if that.

A little lemon juice on that apple will keep it fresher a bit longer.

About the milk in the cardboard carton...I find that milk in those cartons doesn't keep as well as in plastic containers that seal better. However, I wonder if plastic affects the flavor.

Monfort feed lot, Greeley, CO. Can smell it from here, 2,000 away. How 'bout you, Milk Man?
Cows in a group always look directly at you; guaranteed red-eye in low light. I saddled up every March for years to circle the hemisphere and interview and photograph farm types. Pictures like this are what I don't miss.

Harris Ranch, on I5, near Coalinga CA. PETA should put up "Meat is murder" billboards there.
Look at the distant ridge. Yep, that's still cows. A couple miles of cows. Imagine what the groundwater is like.

Before pioneers, soldiers, and sport shooters cleared them out, wild American bison used to fill fields like that. One buffalo hunter claimed he came upon a herd of perhaps a million bison grazing in one extensive valley.
Staging a comeback (sort of):

You win the prize. Hedy Lamarr invented frequency hopping, spread spectrum communications technology, which is the fundamental basis for both cellular telephony and WiFi in use today, as well as the communications used for military rockets and missiles for the past 40 years. Pretty amazing gal.
And that's "Hedy".
(Oh, and she was Jewish, Fnord.)
