No, you might be thinking of the four corners where Colorado, Arizona, Utah and New Mexico meet. I think that's a Navajo reservation there. Four Corners Wyoming is an old stage stop that was designated a town.

Another small town, Bill Wyoming, which has recently had a population boom. When I was a kid Bill Wyoming had a population of four until Bill got a divorce and his wife left with the kids. Recently though the population has boomed to a whopping eleven people.
